What you thought of the transfer and communication throughout?

My surgery have been great throughout the entire process, from calling to offer the change in platform, great explanation of the differences between the old and new, and the fact that we were able to schedule a demonstration call in was really helpful as it clearly showed these differences and the benefits it could bring to the surgery website. Karl and everyone I have dealt with at MSW have always been easy to talk to,  extremely helpful and answered any queries in a timely matter throughout, nothing was too much trouble.

How would you compare your new site to the old one, and what the key benefits and improvements you’ve noticed?

Ease of use is the main improvement when comparing the old site to the new one, we find it much easier to navigate, and the help section has been a great source of information if we do come across something we are not sure about. From a patient perspective the feedback has been good, the website is more visually appealing and easier to navigate.

What your overall feedback of MSW as a service provider is?

I would definitely recommend MSW as a service provider, everyone within the team has been extremely helpful. The transition process was timely and smooth, and communication  has been consistent and supportive.
